Simple idea for pvp ladder that would be fun... to double the tokens for the one that has best rating from all tiers, this would generate even more action easily, maybe a medal for that too could be made

I like the idea. Small competition within a competition. Just a little reward for the most dominant I suppose.
Not at all opposed to the idea. Good suggestion.

great idea only issue i can forsee is the less active tiers wouldnt they be at a disadvantage?

sometimes there are plentyof people, sometimes there are only a few, varies very much on all tiers

On paper, this idea is/sounds pretty good.
But in reality, it's really bad.
Some of the ladders are totally dead, and people on dead ladders would never be able to get the best rating.
First try to get >>ALL<< the ladders active again, then you can think about this sort of stuff.
Introducing new recipes will make it active again (for a while..).
There have to be some big changes to the ladder to always keep it active.
I have suggestions for this, but it will will require a huge revamp on inventing in general.. and this might be hard to do.
Because right now, inventing is only 'hype' as soon as new recipes come out.
And after a couple of months everything is back to normal, and the ladders etc will die again, just like the arena has been dead for a very long time.
