Error Timed Out - website and app connection troubles

I haven't been able to log into the game or the app randomly for the past months.. haven't been able to for most of today and this happens often..

I use Google chrome for the site and an Android phone for app.. the forums work and other browser games work like legacy but not FS..

anyone experience these connection errors over the past couple months?

this kinda thread pops up every now and then

 

one suggestion was to log into another game...sigma, goth, etc....then go to account page and log into FS from there

 

or use the account link here in forum

It's happened to me a few times in the past few months.  Logging out of HCS completely and clearing my entire browser history seemed to work for me.

this has been a constant battle for awhile.. I tried logging into another game on my forum account page which worked, but when I click on my FS account picture, loading ends with an error.. not gonna refresh my cache or my history everytime I wanna log in because it happens randomly and fixes itself throughout the week.. doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or my phone's data..

like right now I can log back in.. which seems like I just have to complain aloud for the universe to fix it haha it's weird that the website AND the beta app won't work

There's still much to do with the app, which is evident by all the goblin coffee breaks.... I have intermittent connection issues with the app myself and I know how frustrating it is.  idk what would work best for you, just what works for me.  Closing the app seems to reset it and alleviate the problem for me, and clearing my cache seems to fix FS browser problems. I really don't understand the technical aspects, butI imagine it stops the browser from looking for cached information that no longer exists.  Maybe a cow can shed light on this?

funny(?) thing is, on the occasional times i have an issue logging into FS, i can log onto sigma with no problem

Its been years since i played sigma. last time i tried to log into sigma2 my account was gone :/


Gold / Kill peaks at about Level 310 or so - and then drops again twice - once at 1601 (from average 300g / kill with no doubler/mer/th to 250g / kill) and then again at at 1626 (down another 50g / kill to an average of 200g / kill)

Really? To my knowledge, no accounts have ever been deleted, so contact Support and we ought to be able to help.
