Since it's in game message only, I can't tell how many factions have signed up. I have this nagging feeling in the back of my mind that this is going to happen:

acidic: Well, it's time to give the prize, and it turns out...not a single faction has managed to follow all the rules while applying, EXCEPT...ROTTK! Everybody clap for them!

very funny. 6 factions have applied so far btw.... 2 of which seem to have undergone some major management changes since their submissions.... the contest will go forward regardless. I had just hoped that we would have seen some more interest

kicking half the faction won't take us out of top 10 anyway. I've donated lvl 100 borg set. Even if you don't quite make the list in terms of qualifitcation, apply if you are close. you never know.

Anyone may enter not in the top 10 rankings. Criteria that will be used to determine the winners are:

*Age of the founder (in game terms)
? long enough to be level 143
*number of active members
30
*member presence both in game and forums (quality of posts will be weighed vs number of posts)

i think im probably the only one who posts on the game forum, but we have 3 members at the end of content

all structures all maxed
