Earn fsp problems

I completed all they asked, they took my money for four offers, videostripe, cinematrix, filesfetcher and one more, and after more than 7 day they sent back money that was used for conformation of validity my credit card. BUT, after 10 days, completing all they asked, than reporting problem, than sending attached files that can prove all (they also asked for that), they still didnt send any fsp shards.
So i asked Hunted cow for help but answer was very disapointing. Answer was:
"Hi there,
For issues with 'SuperSonic Rewards' - click the 'View Status & Support' link to see your offers and the ability to contact them.
For issues with 'TokenAds Rewards' - click the 'Support' link on the top banner to see your offers and the ability to contact them.
For issues with 'Matomy Rewards' - click the 'Check Offer Status' link on the top banner, right hand side, to see how to enquire about any rewards you have done.
For issues with 'Paymentwall' - click the 'HELP' link on the top right for instructions on contacting them.
For issues with 'TrialPay Rewards' - click the 'Support' link on the top banner to see your offers and the ability to contact them.
For issues with 'Flyber' - click the 'Support' link on the bottom left of the page to see your offers and the ability to contact them.
Most offers credit instantly, however there may be several reasons you were not credited.
1) You were not suitable for the offers - possibly your location.
2) Your IP was on the advertisers blacklist.
3) You submitted an email address which was blacklisted.
4) There may simply be a delay in the allocation / notification.
5) You are using a vpn or proxy.
Note we can ONLY allocate the points as the advertisers confirm them.
Advertiser offers are provided on an "as-is" basis, no guarantee is made for the crediting of any offer, and no-party can be held responsible for any offer not credited, or crediting errors.

Basicly, no one gives you guaranty nor protection, they took your money for 10 days, so they know you did it all, but they still ask you bunch of stuff untill you dropoff your reward.
Probably not all offers are like this and probably someone get reword but i am not alone with this expirience in fallensword game with fyber offers and i am donne with any mony spending in this game or offers in it cause i dont want to take any risk.
If anyone had any expirience bad or good, pls feel free to continiu post
All the best

As the page says, and BG said, offers are provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee of the advertised reward actually being credited to you.
Best advice I can give regarding "free" shards ? - just watch the videos.
That's my 2c worth
Homer : Marge, don't discourage the boy. Weaseling out of things is important to learn. It's what separates us from the animals .. except the weasel.
Eddie Izzard : The National Rifle Association say that guns don't kill people, people do. But I think the gun helps, you know ? I think it helps. I think just standing there going "BANG" - that's not going to kill too many people, is it ?
I don't mean to sound pessimistic, but it seems that everything I eat lately turns to poo ...

You are not alone ..Ever take a SURVEY to nowhere? I did .. I spent like 30 awesome minutes taking a survey for shards.. I finally got to the the very last page or 99% complete and then.. BOOM ... " SORRY YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR THIS REWARD" .... Survey to nowhere!

Is there still the ridiculous English only rule? Thankfully I don't see it in Hoof's reformed forum rules.

Showed them the Google Receipt, SMS Reciept(for Gcash), & A photo of the game with the sudden boost of game currency at level 1. Still invalid evidences. Looks like they wanted me to make a vid. Lol.

Ok, as a person who has spent hours upon hours doing a lot of the rewards here is my advice. HCS is useless for help, both HCS and most shard providers have a CYA line to prevent liability... more on that silliness another day, lets stay focused.Being persistent, almost pesky is key. I have found that taking screen shots will get you 99% of your payouts.
I screenshot the offer as presented on Fallensword's offer-wall. (making sure to catch the exact details of what you need to do to complete the offer)
I then grab 1 while completing the offer. another one when I have successful completed said requirement.
If you get a confirmation email or web-screen, make sure to have that available as well.
I will then "harass" the offer-wall support people until they ask for proof. I send proof.
If the service agent leads me in circles, I google their contact information, and find people within the company and contact them by phone or email stating my problem.
I have found that if you can find the higher ups in the company, they don't want to deal with a negative experience. They will get stuff done! Don't be afraid to find their information and "harass" them to fulfill their end of the deal.
Good luck out there, don't falter and keep at them,
Whammies

This is the bit to bear in mind. We have zero say in other Companies policies. We do our best to help where we can but it's their Support you'll need to talk to.
