I use the double action bar function so I have 2 spell bars. Recently, I have noticed that my spell bars seem to switch randomly for some reason. I checked and I have no hotkeys set for toggling the spell bars so it isn't me hitting buttons by accident. The spell bars are always switched when I log in and sometimes switch while I'm playing. This is not the end of the world for me but it can be irritating at times. I also know for a fact that I am not the only who this is happening to.
p.s. I play on Windows, using the browser version.
