Currently got a Allie request when trying to hit accept nothing happens ( yes i have room to add more Allies to my list. )  I have a big list of allies so im unsure whats going on.

Yeah, this has been a problem for quite a while.... at first, when you got an ally request, the link to accept it was gone... then they "fixed" that, replacing the link, but now the accept/deny buttons are non responsive.  I've heard the team has been notified, but as this is just one more annoying "little" problem added to the list of things that need to be fixed, I'm afraid to even hope that it will be fixed soon....

In the meantime, you are able to accept requests on the app. Use this as a stop-gap until it works again in browser.

I cannot find the option to accept Allie requests in App?

I, too, was unable to find anything concerning accepting ally requests on the app.
I found ways to delete allies, add or delete enemies, but I was unable to locate the ally requests that I currently have waiting anywhere on the app....  
note to app team: I am using an Android device, if this matters....

Bottom left hand corner on the world screen > there is a letter, click on this > go to allies & guild tab > accept it here

Operating systems doesn’t matter, same way for iOS or Android.
