Is there anyone there? or is that just the laughter of a black hole consuming the stars?

Anyone know if there are any other mission locations in Tau Ceti for factions other than the Dralki and Mizarri before I make every Scimizar and Rhydi want to put my head on a very sharp pole?

You hand the Spirit the Rainbow Powder. The Spirit vanishes leaving a rainbow in the sky ... Ooooh - pretty colours!

You pick up a note and a bronze amulet which the Spirit left. Mix this amulet with one of red, blue or green. Anything else and it will be destroyed forever.

Well before I take pot luck and my luck is always awful Does anyone have any idea what you might get if you use each of those powders? Thx
