Please use the support system located in the top right of the page to report bugs and any other issues you find in our new site. I'll be running through them daily and fixing as many as I can, we've tested as much as possible but nothing is ever perfect.

If you can include detailed descriptions, URLs and screenshots it would help greatly.

Hello, i try to go in game but need java then i install java but when i try second time still ask me for java   i try with mozilla and google chrome. How to fix this problem? Thanks in advance!!!

I'm having a problem with loading Eldevin. I'm trying to go to the support tab, but it's not working for me for some reason. The farthest I have gotten is the the avatar creation screen. It began to lag as I was creating my avatar, and eventually went to a white screen. I've deleted my cache, accepted cookies, cleared history, have java installed, and turned off the pop up blocker. Now when I try and load the game it will load everything and the java and then just stop on a white screen.

i also got something to report dont know why i keep having low fraps drops i get from 30-40 to 10-7 i dont understand cuz the game is not demanding and i can play games like Battefiled 3 or Aion with 60 fps

Hunted cow studios often ask why players have left this game   but with the constant lag,and other issues is it so surprising, when people are relaxing the last thing they want are problems with whatever game they play, I  have  not come across another gaming site that has these problems so often , just thoughts,

I joined a short while ago and have been 'carrying' my wooden sword ever since! There is a pop screen on the left with a wooden sword - click on it - it colours up but never goes away

Yes I am having the issue as well  in fs and many of my team mates on different servers are too, going to head out but thought I give more information  on the topic, All picture type images are not loading right and I have cleared my cache not working either.

I was doing the "Against The Meanies" quest, and accidently stumbled upon this little spot right next to quest start. It's about 1 "step"  north of this patch of weeds and rocks. The Kaur's (and probably other monsters) cannot hit you while standing on this spot. I tried to upload an image of the exact spot, but it wouldn't let me.

I just joined, when I entered the portal after doing the very first quest my screen froze and went white. Can't login or load the game ever since. What do I do?

i can't get past the tutorial, when i get to the major the whole thing freezes

The quest line at 35 leading in the shadow people in eldevin city - the Jackle cartoon says; grup instead of group. Yes its ok i was able to figure it all out so its not a super rush. 

love your game i think its keeping me from going crazy.

*Bump* because this is interesting history. Now, 4 years later, the "Support" system won't allow me to even submit a ticket. It says the matter is being taken care of on a forum, and won't let me type anything, even though I'm registered. It's been at least 36 hours since the bug has been posted on the forum. It is the *first* post after the stickies.

 

No dev has even replied to the post yet. Can anyone poke them?

 

Leatherworking and Cooking advances have all but stopped because of the incorrect meat and hide drops after the update.
