Having problem logging in, I got disconnected from game couple hours ago and when i tried relogging in, it says server offline (I can see the servers and ping shows N/A). Anyone else got this?

try different server, us server is down at the minute go eu or oc

Yep, I think it says in server selection screen that all servers are offline (for me anyways) but like sdcrichy, that appears to be only just U.S server being down.

Yeah I can't login into any of them they all say server offline, btw I'm using browser.

We're investigating the issue why Zephyr is down.

if you try loggin into us server when down then it says all servers are down after but you just need to restart client and then the other 2 servers are still online.

not sure then, it worked for me doing that. looks like you'll have to wait till they fix it.

if you was on server when it crashed you probably locked out of game till us server back up happened to me before

We're working to get Zephyr back online, some players may be trapped on this server unfortunately. Will keep you updated.

Thought I'd let you know that today Zephyr has still been acting up for me. Had some unusual lag (few times I couldn't move) and two server disconnects in the past 2 hours. Then I was unable to connect to the server for a little while (was able to connect to other server ok), but have been able to log back in to Zephyr again.

 

And lately it always seem to do this late at night for me - with the server coming down and not being able to connect for a little while in the last day or so. But the lag and server disconnects just happened today and never happened before in the one and a half years I've played.   lol.

 

And it could've just been me, as I don't think anyone else was affected? Just asked Zephyr global chat and no-one mentioned being disconnected so I guess it's me. But never have I ever had two server.... ok just as I wrote this... make that three server disconnects.   

 

I will just stay on Terra for now, until Zephyr decides that it won't disconnect me anymore!   And I don't go on the other servers much so not sure if it's just Zephyr that's like this but I'll let you know soon I guess.

Spent about 40 mins on Terra and no lag or issues whatsoever. And within 15 minutes on Zephyr... I get disconnected again. It's official... Zephyr hates me.

Was going through old posts and noticed sometimes asking for /ping so here it is .... it's 97 on Zephyr right now. Checked second time after moving around and went up to 127.

 

And what I was doing during disconnects was doing RG storymode, then was farming, then was standing writing this post, and then was farming some more for the fourth disconnect.

but then again zephyr server has been going crazy for me as well the past few days .. crazy lag , screen freeze , non-stop running

Closer yes, but never had issues like I had lately so much on Zephyr
