I completed the quest, "First Day On The Job", and the NPC and quest description tell me I'm to receive a piece of armor as a reward, but the quest reward box did not include any items. Is this a bug? I could really use the armor... I've attached a screen shot of the quest reward box. Thanks!

can't help you there but

I believe it's just the text that's misleading (which is still a bug, it should be an official confirmation of the promotion).  You receive the Private Stripes charm earlier in the quest.

Thanks for letting us know about that. I've removed the line from the quest text about the piece of armor.
