Before we went live, there was a guide with locations, and even a map for the locations of the different alchemy ingredients, etc. I can't seem to find it now... but it would be out of date anyway, since many things have changed. Is anyone knowledgeable in the process of making one, or planning to?

can you give me the link for that post about foraging locations? I know that lots of the trees and bushes in mythos are different than before..but it might still prove helpful

The level 16 stuff is no longer around Mythos, it was replace with level 24 stuff.... Best place for Swamp Fungus is still Yaroda Grove, but for Nidaberries and Jootberries, Greenreef is the place to go.
