Some players giving me question how powerfull stats i have. So here the full statistics of charracter.

Say if found any thing how I can to improve my wizard.

start off, 1-h lvl 46 415 - 6.6 Issue here - 6.6% stat not using so wasted stat point's - more en or more crit.

Best look for max roll +490 Spell attack power with +25 en or Foucse roll if can.

 

Shield: Lvl 40 yet lvl 49 time upgrade to at least lvl 45 with +490 spell attack power with en or foucs roll

As mage best get as much Crit % as you can.

 

Aside from weapons - build in geranl - Basic set gear looking fine.

 

Dub checked build spec, I would highly recomend get star Light if looking at respec any time soon.

I increasing spell power, not critical. Critical comes to my character from Focus items.  

I have 0.99/3 (3*(33/100)) chance every time to hit critical and that is good for me.

No. My charracter for TR/RG/ASV/ARG dungeons to hit highest DPS with all types of massively magics to monsters and BOSSes as I can with reduced magics countdowns, mana regeneration ratings and not need any PVP character.

 

More haste increased for reduced countdowns - more mana regeneration rating required...

Three talent questions for anyone.

 

I've been told that the description for Intense Focus is incorrect.  That it actually works like the ranger Wild Instincts, modifying only base focus.  For this reason I've been avoiding it, as 10% of 47 is only 4.7 points.  Has anyone actually tested this?

 

Has anyone tested Fountain of Mana vs. Essence of magic vs. Free Your Mind?

 

Is the 10% threat reduction from Phase Walking really worth it?  Or is it better just to start a bit slowly while the tank builds threat?

Miasmo more for PVP with stunt, cant stunt bosses and need to much points for full Miasmo.

Starlight has to long countdown and need to much time when it ready for very short period.

starlight allows u to regain your mana to full u idiot... boiling blood is very cood.  Misma is used to BOOST YOUR SPELL ATTACK POWER SO U CAN HIT HARDER!  We have done this a lot longer than u, dont try and say we dont know, or ask for help then reject it... noob

Star light, not so much for dps bost, full roation mana burn Mana potion - Start light reapt never out of mana.

 

As far as miasma easyly spam it on feet for small bost well worth it.

As far as stun upgrade pointless to get.

 

Intense Focus: tested it, Base  foucse point so unless invest in foucse not worth it.

 

10% threat reduction Pass on this 10% not nuf make much difrance,

Make sure no start off with full threath roation vocano followed bye dragon breath till tank has full roation of threath off.

 

boiling blood, Basic upgrade incrased time very's - good Bleed for boss - PvP care for it.

 

Free your Mind Very use for mana control.

 

As DPS best try not be out of mana for to long so best get range mana or class one!

 

Essence of Magic - Volley or both if realy have mana issue.

 

With star light + mana potion + free your mind should not have much of mana issue so basic 2 points cover mana in one of these.

Slight chance from full DPS for more to kill more effective solo. full Mage

 

Sample's build your mage way you like few skill can be changed here and there lose misam for 3 points add to some here els.

 

solo DPS more haste then small added dps bost, More haste needed personal mean very on how play toon what is need, 50 % Haste cover's most of mage skill just fine.

 

After 50% Best try work on get more DPS, Class is DPS unless Solo - Group - PvP very on how build your toon, Mage,Profit for Solo play mean's change up for more healing better then added DPS surviable means far greater then killing power, Speacil when PvE content vs group play.

 

PvP - changes thing up bit less need for mana, More upgrade to healing - dmg reduction other skill mazize Killing power on single taget - max 2 people.

As far as I am concerned, he can do any build he want. If he ***** up and don't listen then that's on him. As far as maisama concerned, people use it to farm/grind huge mobs at once; I might consider that myself when I specc again. Starlight is a must; not only mana regen but also attack power.

 

Boiling Blood in my opinion is just for pvp, I have no use for it in pve but that doesn't mean its a bad skill, its all down to user preference.

 

Also, it will take time to find the right hybrid shield/1h sword since its all the stats can be random

I do 4 sorcery 1 vitality and 1 mana per level.

 

Spell crit? I don't put points in focus but that is up to the user. Crit is nice so don't underestimate it.

 

Fountain of mana? I gave up on it. I use essense of magic, starlight, free your mind, and prophecy off the prophet tree.

 

Phase walking? Not worth it. not at all

All these your listed magics for short period time, like a PVP. I have:

* [Radiant Aquamarine]

* Prophet boost +6% from each light armor equiped for mana regeneration

So not say i an IDIOT, better i gonna use fast MANA potion then wait this long time until starlight call completes. I creating best MAGE charracter for dungeons (PVE)

Minddrag was wrong to call you an idiot.  But your response, calling 1/2 the population of Eldevin idiots, was even more inappropriate.

 

You asked for advice.  People are trying to help you, give you ways to improve your DPS.  People with a lot more experience, people who spent many EP testing.  And you just keep blowing them off.  I'm filing away all this knowledge for my mage (even though I intend to go healer at 49).

 

While there isn't one 'best' mage build, much has to do with style, your current one has known errors.  The advice you're getting is generic, based on experience and testing.

 

This may just be a language issue.  On that assumption, a quick explanation on some of the recommendations.  In the future, if you don't understand the reasoning behind a recommendation, just ask.

 

Miasma+Nightmare -- port a fraction of an inch to get a 15% spell power boost for 10 seconds.

Starlight -- Replenishes mana, then gives a 30% mana regen and 30% spell AP for 15 seconds.  Huge boost.

Boiling Blood+boiling point+scald -- 65% spell DPS for 10 seconds.  Huge damage for a single 2 second cast.

Mathemagical -- if you have even decent gear, you have more then enough accuracy

Intense Focus -- a waste of time (assuming all attributes in sorcery)

ok aliarth, here is the thing.  I have been playing since beta of this game.  I understand all the classes.  I am the man who has created the Combat Spreadsheet which allows you to build your own character without playing the game, including stats and damages.  I understand combat in this game to the highest degree.  I know how to make a good build for any class, and have mande manybuils for other people.  I am extremely offended that you think just because I kileed u after PL that i am pVP.  My mage class was fully PVE and it is extremely good ok.  I understand both PVP and PVE.  So maybe you should listen to the experience of other players, because I have done all different types of combat
