#895180 [STEAM] related suggestion.

Posted by xpwaste on 18 October 2014 - 08:50

Do not launch just now, there are many things that are yet to be implemented to able to make eldevin a time spending worthy game.

Though you might launch now, i am afraid that withing few weeks, or just a single month the steam community with discard the game as "un-finshed, un-balanced, no end game.".

Suggestions:

  • For PVE

1. Guilds

2. Auction House

3. Class balance

4. End game

5. Open world grind-able content

6. End game progression content with variety.

that for pve.

  • As for PVP.

1. Need progression for pvp.[ i.e. something you can gain by spending so many hours on it and not just vanity.]

2. Need more CC and counter-CC

3. Need more challenging/interesting class playstyles.

  • In general

1. Even though i hate p2w models, im fine with it as your providing everything to anyone who hasn't spent a dime. This may bite you in the a$$ so i suggest you take a look again at your cash shop. Specially at the gold chest, that for some would the ONLY reason not even bothering with playing the game.

2. Need more vanities, yes more awsome, dark, secret, beautiful, shiny, show off, reputation grinded, world boss kills, end game raids[or dungeons in this case], and random open world content vanities

3. Re-model your mounts. This is not a child based MMO and the story quest has no reference to anyone with a flying cape, or a helicopter cycle.

4.Make things more fun, it might be tough to achieve but to able to retain players you need to make your content fun and challenging.

5. Replability. MMOs are not usually one time buy ,finish story quest and move onto other games.

you need to add replay ability so that the players are kept engaged even after they complete/clear the end game content.

The points marked in RED, are imo more important and should be at top of priority than others.

Good luck in your en devours devs. :)

#891891 Summary score sheet at the end of dungeons?

Posted by Dampard on 30 September 2014 - 02:01

Have always been wondering if I am working hard as my role in dungeons. I am sure tanks like to know how well they tanked, how well healers healed and dps does its damage, how hybrids does their hybrids stuffs.

Having a scoresheet  at the end of each dungeon run can serve as a platform for players to reference how well they played. I think this is also useful as a reference for building your character.

#890749 Can we have story mode To3?

Posted by zargon on 22 September 2014 - 23:23

Well, I was the biggest supporter of solo dungeons from the start but I would have to say To3 should be the only additional dungeon to be added. There are plenty of people now running TR and above. And if you cannot find someone, get in touch with me and I will run them.

When you get to level 39 and above, you really need to be more focused on getting grouped up. Solo dungeons were implemented to help people get through the lower dungeons where there was less help. The benevolent quest was also added to help players get grouped as well.

We need to be more focused on getting people together a higher levels and not keeping them separated. The great part of this game is the community and the good people playing it. Get involved with others and have more reasons to keep coming back and playing. With the current challenges at high level dungeons, it's imperative to learn to work within a group.

My suggestion to HCS would be as I said before. Make leveling much slower in Story Mode and make it much less profitable from a gold earning standpoint. Solo running needs to be there for only two reasons. It's for people who prefer to play solo and for those who cannot find a group. Please ensure that dungeon mode is the far better alternative at all times.

#889145 Gift Code FAQ

Posted by Zorg on 11 September 2014 - 06:47

Just a brief run down of some of the many questions I've been asked about Gift Codes.

How do I buy one?

Go place an order for the items you want in our shop, but before you click that big payment button at the end check the box that says "Convert purchase in to Gift Codes I can give to other people"

I don't see the check box on the payment page?

You're either using a gift / discount code and trying to make it a new gift, sneaky! Or you already own the Fallen Sword Starter Pack (or other limited per account item) in your order and as such can't purchase a second, so your order is being forced in to gift mode!

What if I buy a gift code during a bonus sale?

The bonus depends purely on when you claim the code and not at all on when you purchase it. So if you buy a gift code during a bonus FSP sale and use it after the sale ends, no bonus. If you buy a gift code outside a sale and then use it during one, bonus!

Can we trade in game currencies for gift codes with other players?

Of course, as long as you're not scamming people we don't mind. If someone wants to farm a million gold and trade it for a starter pack / subscription gift code then go for it!

Can I use the gift code on myself?

Yes! If you purchase a gift code for your spouse then get a divorce you can totally use that gift code yourself (unless your spouse gets it in the divorce settlement...)

#887658 Farm bonus

Posted by EJK on 28 August 2014 - 14:08

Each farm would have their own bonus.

Ex. At Othalo farm your crops have -10% chance to get diseased.

At Waterbrook farm, your crops water gets used 25% slower.

At Northam farm, when you harvest any vegetables, you get +5% yield.

Don't know if there are more I need to write about this, ask if you got any questions.
