Hi all,

 

Just to let you all know, we'll be updating the game on Wednesday at 10am GMT (Server Time). This update is to prepare the game further for the Fallen Sword App. We have now completed the majority of work on the server-side of the game so we're expecting to be able to release beta versions of the new game client much more regularly (and also look to get a beta build available for Windows on Steam in the near future too!)

 

We're aiming to have a new beta build ready within the next few weeks for iPhone, iPad and Android. If you'd like to try out the beta version, you can register your interest by clicking here!

Beating the dead horse here but i desperately want actual game content whats the point in releasing the app if the games hurting

Thanks Hoof for getting back to actually paying attention to the game itself.

 

That's the base and your money flow isn't going to be great if you don't pay attention to what you are recruiting into.

I just want to see it finished already i'm not even gonna use it. My phone can easily handle the regular web page. By the time it's finished your average phone will be as powerful as your average laptop now a days.

Coming back to this. Any idea where these "improvements" to the web version will be announced? Maybe a Forum post to let FS know that things are actually being done? 

 

Just seeing Forum posts with no solution being locked like crazy recently. )o0 That "might" be due to the fact that they are repetitive.... but it's hard to keep track of repetitive complaints that have yet to be fixed. 

 

Again, great to hear that HCS is moving back to the base. It's the only hope for the app.

Open mouth insert foot  or hoof as the case may be ,but locking and ignoring simple requests for some answers is not the way to grow the game,we the few ,the proud  ,the die hard core that stuck it out for the good of the game.just saying ......

Answers were given, certain people didn't like it and argued, thread was locked. Pretty straight forward.

I'm curious, is the app/steam version going to have a main version where you connect to the game with a fresh new character and when this steam release occurs, everyone is back at lvl 1 starting from the beginning ?

 

Also will the browser users be kind of like in their own bubble with their current accounts still able to play on the go as well in the app, but away from the main steam game so to speak ??

No. The app will allow you to play your account. No one is starting new characters. They'll play their existing characters.

Hi there everyone.

Today's update has had to be postponed due to Hoofmaster spending the morning in A&E, having hurt his foot. He's now hobbling around the office on crutches.

We hope to get the update out either later this week or early next.
