anyone cant log in?

8:58 pm EST in US. Having same issue. Enter user name and password, get redirected back to FS home screen. I'm using an iPad. When I used my pc earlier today, did not have an issue. As approximately 5 pm today....was able to log in on iPad without a problem.????? Something is definitely not working correctly.

Yes cookies and cache are cleared and yes entering details logs me into my account and the forum, however now even clicking on the FS game box on my Account page redirects me to the Log In page also which means unable to get into FS using that work around.

Can’t log in either ...... when I hit login it just redirects back to login again....

yea working ok for me ,but i still think its all about the end of it all ,last 4 days 134 online wonder if they are even still making money on it ?,or is it costing them

I also posted on Josh's entry  it is still doing the SAME THING  it is not my cache or cookies (which have been cleaned out again)

this is getting old and being ignored and shoved aside .

Not seeing any issues. Can access Sword as normal.

as a test please consider logging out of the game completely, all games, then clearing your cache and cookies, so that when you click on the site you get the log in page, and try getting in

Happened to me again earlier, couldn't log in on PC but could on tablet then later couldn't on tablet. Wondering if there are new/different servers with super limited capacity. You can't get in unless someone else goes out.

Same issue currently. Mailbox expiring. 

 

EDIT: Further info. 

 

I just came off another computer where I logged out. Got to my personal one and now having the issue.

 

I tend to use the direct login: https://www.huntedcow.com/auth?game=6

 

This is redirecting to https://www.fallensword.com/

 

As is the Login button there itself.

Had the issue on my phone as well.

 

Now suddenly working again.

 

Leaving support ticket with links to forum posts so they can fix the issue.

And it is doing it again , Not seeing an issue does not mean there is no issue it means you are not seeing it this could be server issue or cloud issue or a virus in the system , but it is more than just OUR CACHE OR COOKIES causing this as it has not happened in the past ....

So far no problems even on this new laptop *knock wood*

 

Hopefully Bovine Central is looking into it....

Yes, that's correct. I believe the logs go back a few weeks, so you won't need to send in screenshots for lost mailbox items.

Couldnt log in via mobile all day at work, I actually had to do real work!
