Is anyone else having an issue with the instant finish reset time clock resetting and yet the price of the potions do not reset?
I know my potion price resets at least 7 minutes later as I have waited that long... when i come back online 20 or 25 minutes past reset time i find the price has reset.
I do not know if this occurs every time as I am not always instant finishing pots at the reset time.

It's like the shift change at work, there's some time needed to get things running again. Same thing happens at 9:00ST when Top lists update, also when the PvP Ladder resets. This is another example of the game not getting better but worse, whatever the reason(if someone can please explain why?).

Me too, I noticed it a few days ago - thought it was just a glitch at my end, cookies etc. Same thing - 7 to 25 minutes have to elapse and I generally need to log out and log back in again to get the reset.
