I'm supposed to blow up an outhouse in the slums with the incinerate spell. Only problem is, I can't cast it. The box is grayed out. I've tried selecting the outhouse, but it still doesn't work. Help? What am I doing wrong?

Menu option. Right click on the outhouse.
