5-8 players enter queue and are then seated at a table.

200 player chips given to each player with 5 chip small blind and 10 chip large blind

(blind amounts incremented every 5 to 10 hands)

All players receive a chest payout of minimal reward possibilities upon elimination.

The winner receives a chest payout with larger reward possibilities.

Tournament can be entered once per day, with a serperate tournament held weekly.

Chest contents are player level based.

Achievement rewarded and Rankings are recorded.

(ranking determined by an accumulative point value given on where you finish each time)

Would be fun, I like a game of poker... but I doubt they can add gambling even if it involves no real money, due to the 13+ rating.

Not sure how its much different than hacking each other up in pvp or beating on plasma lord for ranking and better rewards. Killing for rewards is ok but a peaceful card game that costs you nothing is bad ? Crazy world we live in.  ;)

No they had a problem with gambling type things in the past. FS used to have a lottery, and I think they got into some legal trouble so I dont think they'll be going near anything resembling gambling in their games. Its not about being good or bad its about illegal or legal.

I vaguely remember them saying they dont have a gambling license or something when they removed the lottery from FS. Texas hold'em doesnt really fit in much with the theme of this game anyways.

What about merging Cow Play (chess) into Eldevin?

Also, I think the way that Legacy does gambling would be legitimate.  They give out tokens each day which are used to gamble and then the tokens can be used to purchase items.  No real risk is involved since the tokens are freely acquired.  However, you can only get, say, 100 tokens per day (none if you have 100+ stored), and items cost 500-2000, therefore one must win to purchase them.
