I'm having a problem getting past this Col. Knox loop.

I simply can't progress with the dryad story line until then and I don't quite know what to do.

Does someone have a great fix-it?

(ticket 20 days old btw)

It seems my remote stash is on continuous cooldown. I have tried to refresh the game and log/log in, etc.

The cooldown timer is on zero and so I am flummoxed.

It would be useful if this could be fixed as soon as possible.
