Due to some problems this morning we have moved all the Fallen Sword servers to a new hosting provider. All players will be awarded Reserve Stamina for the down time over the next few hours. We've also extended auctions and mailboxes. We'll be monitoring performance over the next few days and making some adjustments. This may require a bit more down time but we'll keep it to a minimum. Our aim is to improve performance over what it was previously by the end of the week.Apologies for any inconvenience and thanks for your understanding during this process.
Thanks for the update Zorg. Hopefully we'll see better performance in the long run, which is a good thing!
Is there a reason why a file downloads when I go to Fallensword.com?

If you go through your account page, it will let you onto the site.

I appreciate the stamina, but hopefully you based all reserved stamina on base gain x 12 rather than what people were wearing while down (not entirely sure what the calculation was until I ask a few others). Otherwise, that's pretty low to reward players who sleep in epics versus those of us who sleep in sets and change throughout the day.

Figured that out just now. On to the next, you didn't extend skill durations? I had some expensive pots up.

Nice work Cows, fingers crossed we'll have superior stability and etc. BTW did you have to use different servers or something?

Fixing that just now
We've moved it all to cloud hosting
I just received more cloudflare "502" warnings. Is this expected?
Also, are tickets going to be gotten to soon? Some of them are time sensitive like my pots that ran out when I was in the middle of titan hunting, and now the titans I spent the FSP on the pots for are getting killed.

That was Zorg making a final tweak - should be fine now
There will be a backlog of tickets, but we'll do our best to get them all addressed tomorrow!

As a side note for those who are looking for reserve stamina amounts - it's the amount of stamina gain/hr * 12. Those who wore epics while the game went down received additional stamina from those who were not in epics. Is there a reason why this was done versus a flat amount? It seems unfair to reward those players who slept in epics, have the additional stamina gain relics, etc. for something that other players couldn't control (ie not knowing the game would go down).
A flat rate of say 1k reserve stamina or something like that would have definitely been sufficient, or just a max stam based on purchases *12 would have been just as good.

It's just a standard script that we've used in the past to allocate the reserve stam. We can look at changing how it's allocated in the future, but the process has already been started now and can't be changed

I'm confused, have people received reserve stamina already?

It's probably based on your ID number - those characters who were created later in the game life, get their reserve stamina as the script works through all of the accounts.

It takes time to allocate, but hopefully should be done within the couple of hours.

That's fine - I would just like to see it possibly reviewed later on down the road. Where one player might only gain 1,164.. other players could gain 1,428 all because they got lucky to sit in epic sets or were in an epic set before the game went down. That's a pretty noticeable difference in terms of overall stamina gained versus just applying a flat 70/hr to every player in the game.
