You know how most people stick to just a few kinds of foods, day after day? How easy it is to just make the same dozen or so kinds of lunches and dinners? I think we all want to try new kinds, but just get too busy with other stuff to really bother.

I need some inspiration... if you have any easy to make recipes, things that don't take a whole lot of effort and is easy to get the ingredients for, please share <3 Thanxx :)

Here's one I like. The stuffing can easily be exchanged for anything else, but if you use hard stuff like some veggies, or if you use meat, you need to pre-cook and season those before you use them as filling.

Crock pot meals rock.  Fast and easy.   Cranberry pot roast, an easy favorite. You literally drop a pot roast in the slow cooker, put some basic seasoning, and throw a can of cranberry sauce on top. Come back in a few hours, the meat practically melts in your mouth.

Quick, easy, and tasteeeeehhh

Salsa-tortilla-casserol:

Cook minced meat in a pan, season with however you like it, add salsa sauce (hot or mild which ever) and set aside.
Pour a bunch of tortilla chips into a oven tray, cover with the salsa/minced meat mix, pour cheese sauce on top garnish with a few fistfuls of good shredded cheese.
Put in hot oven until cheese melts and gets a tiny bit of color.

Eat and enjoy!

My oldest daughter went Vegetarian on me, so I don't get to use it as much as I once did. Cranberry potatoes just don't sound nearly as good.  =P

Homer : Marge, don't discourage the boy. Weaseling out of things is important to learn. It's what separates us from the animals .. except the weasel.

Eddie Izzard : The National Rifle Association say that guns don't kill people, people do. But I think the gun helps, you know ? I think it helps. I think just standing there going "BANG" - that's not going to kill too many people, is it ?

I don't mean to sound pessimistic, but it seems that everything I eat lately turns to poo ...
