Yup all the character specs are available ( up to level 30 ). We're hurryin' don't worry! Most of us are doing minor polishing and bug fixing at the moment. Luckily the internal beta hasn't revealed anything game breaking yet

I'm not sure on the keys but the time of the server opening is set to 9am Est and 2pm GMT (Give or take a few hours because as L3fty said it is a Monday ).
It will most likely be around then.
I guess through email or a mail on your HCS account
