Hello,

since the last game update, the amount of crashes and frozen loadscreens I have, increased significantly. I always had a crash every now and then, but this is ridiculous, I have more crash time than play time. Especially when leaving TA it crashes/freezes 99.99% of the times. Sometimes it gets me back to the login screen, sometimes it freezes completely and I have to stop it using task manager. Complete freezes only happen on loading. When I'm just playing it sometimes just freezes a short while.

I already tried:

• verifying the files using steam
• validating the cache using eldevindiag
• preloading the files using eldevindiag
• removing the cache using eldevindiag

My drivers are up to date. My firewall is not blocking anything of eldevin, already tried without firewall.

Operating System: Windows 8.1 64-bit

Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-3350P CPU @ 3.10GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.1GHz

Memory: 4096MB RAM

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 

Any ideas on how to solve? thanks!

EDIT: something I might also want to mention, on log in it never freezes or crashes, only if im already ingame and go to another area and it has to load.
