The new research for special troop that has been added did this lower the abilities of the troops from what they were before? I guess I am wanting to know if they are the same as before and research will improve them or do we have to finish the research to get them back where they were before?

the Specialized troops had no buffs or research,this new research makes them stronger

normal reserch(excluding specialzed) does not apply to these troops
