Game tip only says "You will need to find a vendor and right click them, this allows you to either repair or sell unwanted items" It doesn't specify what type of vendor though past game experience led me to armor and weapon vendors first. However right clicking them showed no repair. After about twenty minutes of wandering around and clicking on every vendor I found to no avail I stumbled upon First Line Defense. Bam, repaired! However it was extremely frustrating how long it took me to find a repair place, one, because the type of vendor needed wasn't specified and two because the world map doesn't label vendors in their own category or give you the option to search. Also...why do blacksmiths not repair in this game? 

 

Now back to killing Lynxes, ironically.

You must have missed "Art of the Craft", "Hunters Habitat", "Slice n Dice", "Stitch in Time" and "Arthnells Armorsmith" only for Eldevin City

Elnestor is right, you have missed some quests you can redo them if your'e level isn't too high and you are still in othalo's area and eldevin city.

I haven't mentioned any quests. These were only the name of the shops, where you can repair your gear.
