I am getting seriously fatigued from grinding in halloween city not from killing mobs but from picking up loot. Since there is a keystroke "E" for auto target, I wish there is another key assigned for auto pickup.

Auto for Grey/White lootbags.
But no for Green/Blue/Orange. I love the moment to run to my bag and see whats in it

auto loot is a bad thing as the bots in game can loot loads.

Hate to agree with sd, but this ^ 
Maybe something could be done to turn off the loot drops though, I would love to be able to turn off general loot as all it does is annoy me when I am trying to farm powder etc.

I'd have to disagree with ^
As far as walking over to bags go, bots do not find it inconvenient, nor does it Reeaallllly slow them down by a significant rate. In another game I play, the trading post will stop you from selling anything for a certain amount of time if you sell too many things within a certain amount of time and the excuse was botting. More or less the same thing imo, a very small quality of life change that will be beneficial for bots as well, but still a worthy thing to change when weighed.

Imho Auto-Loot should only be possible for quest items, but for that purpose i would love it.

Maybe this would be a way for HCS to make some money. Allow people to purchase an ability for a period of time (days/weeks/months/etc., or base it on supporter status) that allows them to turn on auto-pick up with certain filters of limiting items to pick from. Maybe this is where pets can come in - they can have one backpack where the items go into that backpack. The player needs to be able to grab the items once it's full.
If they don't want to pay for the ability, then players will just have to deal with the clicking.

Yeah, somehow agree with that. Was thinking if it would be a good trade-off if auto loot and auto target cannot be use at the time.
Just thinking out loud.

Not an auto pickup, but in today's update they have added an auto loot feature for supporter's. It opens the bags for you, you still need to click "Take".
Default keybind is "V".
