The Toxic Storms clear somewhat, allowing access to the Ruined Transfer Point from the OS 1313 (Power Core) however, they are still very strong.

I really like the idea of having them in the City...are we ever going to see a new city though?
it would be cool to have some stims with prescriptions that could be assembled
Also, we still can't use the "stim" section of the TH because these are bound
all and all, this is a great teaser, not a great stim, but you gotta start small

That's correct, except some players have more attack than you (at least, I do)so let me get this straight on new stim. i have 45 into att, which is prob more than most have on it, so new stim would give me 4% boost to me 45 att equaling a whole 2 points added to att. Am i thinking this through correctly
I agree that level 20 of a level 1 skill is low for a bound stim
I don't think many will buy/use this stim, but it's just to show us that stims do exist
I have feeling that we will start seeing better stims soon

Sorry to say this, but that stim is the pits. Wasted a ton of energy to find out we got a useless stim.
useless? it got you to waste "a ton of energy" that doesn't sound useless to me :P
I don't really like the low power of it
I really don't like the bound aspect of it because I can't store these in my faction store
I don't like the color, I think a yellow or orange would have been more appropriate for a strike stim
MOST OF ALL
I don't like that it's non-stackable
I was hoping that stims would be stackable
oh well
I do like that there is an instant portal to Taulin (25 energy) + 1 more energy to get to the City + there is a portal there to get back to the space station
(the level 90+ areas might be a little harder to get back to at the moment)
I do like that it's a stim and it looks like a stim
I do like that we can expect more stims in due time
