Would it be possible (or is it already possible) to set up the updater so that you would recieve notifications on things other than just your character?

For example, there are a few of us in DvT that would like to try our hand at Titan hunting a bit more, but since we span many time zones in RL, we're not all on at the same time. If we were able to recieve updates when a Titan spawned via Twitter (and have the update sent to our cell), we would then be able to recieve a notification and sign on if possible.
