Kills Exploit In pvp

just saw some people getting 300-350 killls in 24hours and just felt how,

 

how ? -> there are some people who just want there names on top of the leaderboard in pvp section  (doesnt deserve)  , who r giving money or a acceptable trade to the low lvl folks or there own friends to kill steal and cooperate ( just lol), such a shameful thing , but just dont want to name them out :ph34r:  .

 

What can be done to stop this ? ->

reduce the kills count of people by say 100 or 200 if they kill a same person say more than 15 or 20 times a day ,( or ) let them lose a part of valor points or gold .

 

Felt a major exploit to me , which needs to be taken care soon.

And where exactly do you see 300-350 kills in 1 day in toplists?  It only shows rankings in 7 days length, and highest pk last week was Ben, with 711 kills, or 100/day.  The next to him doesn't even have 300 kills for the length of entire week.  

 

Did you just fart this number out or something?

TA - Duel arena - Q PvP

 

3 way's gain kill's for pvp.....

 

Possible miss use Duel arena small player base is right now limited number's, As well slowly working on 10k kill's in TA as is, Limited on number kill's rake up stuiped.

 

MMO people will do as thay please, as far as kill's very on what your doing. out of the 3 way's obtain kill's - Other


Frog - Archer - lvl 49

Kazzarat - Templar lvl 49 Skiller

Redsmokegirl - War/sin lvl 49

Solve these problems..
1) split raid boss kills and make raid bosses have their own rank for leaderboards,split world boss kills make world boss kills have their own ranks,and split legendary and make them have their own.
2) split TA give it its own kill rank wilderness kills
split DA= 1v1 player kills rank 
split pvp que and let it keep its current of player vs player kills.

This was present since the release of the high-scores (the release of the game, but there was no reason to do it back then).

 

Basically if you're someone who strives for high ranking in a game this is one rank rendered "worthless". If I wanted too all I would have to do is log on, maybe get some low levels attention and pay them like 50g to kill them 1000 times in trappers atoll or the arena.

 

This was made harder to do and basically not worth the time in trappers due to the random spawn point and new popularity so I guess that place can be ruled out.

 

However there is still the issue with the arena, it should and could easily be made right.

I like this, but the "duel arena" wouldn't make sense since it's free for all not a 1v1 area. That place should just be removed from the game in my opinion, if I recall it was added for players to test pvp in beta. It really serves no purpose now and they could take a small amount of time to make a much better casual, dueling pvp system.

Meh world bosses/raid bosses were rendered useless,the rewards are crap from them so their only value is to do them for ranking and you can just slay a lvl 6 dragon for legendary kills so i'd say those are truly useless as well.

PVP I do quite a bit of I guess,and i have no plan to climb the ranks for them BUT they need to be properly divided,i know hcs didn't think about this ahead of time but its not really their fault either,they keep being rushed for updates all the time.

Reason being is,this game if done properly could very much make it bi on its pve and pvp content,making viewing that much more desirable. Some like the individual challenge of a 1v1 for recognition,viewing pleasure and spectating etc.

ranking updates in a seven day's length , but your kills update within 10mins after ur log out and i meant kills.  just example : u meant 700kills , how u know 100 a day?? , not pointing anything out here ,though.

but many people know its just a happening in pk, if u dont know , u may find it out someday! or maybe sleeping over the matter , who knows , jesus . :mellow:

one of my rl friend was on top some time back , so we just used to have a look at it , its just a rough estimation ,dont have to fart around , am neither among the tops nor want to be.

Because it doesn't update within 10 minutes.  That list in player kills for a week has been the same the last 3 days I checked.

I don't PvP myself, but for what it's worth i was logged on as a lower alt (around level 20 if i remember correct) and a level 45 offered me gold to come to trappers and be continuously killed although this was before the random spawn point, i just laughed and said 'no thank you'. As has been said, maybe server hopping to find prey could be classed as an exploit also, all the PvPer needs to do is add lower levels to friends list and watch what server they log on to, then just go kill them, maybe after going to TA on one server and killing some players, when hopping servers all players become friendly and none attackable on other servers, i am not a programmer so i don't really know if this is viable or even possible to implement, but it maybe a way to cut down on said exploit ( if it is an exploit of course). as a sub note, there is a thread somewhere about HCS' stance on exploits, it maybe a good idea to take a look at it :D

I server hop to kill everyone in TA, especially gatherers.  I'm preventing exploitative gather rate.  If they remove 2x gather rate, no more exploiters.  In the first place, they added 2x gathering rate in TA to LURE people to gather, so they can be PKed.  Same with Plasma Lord.  If people still haven't figured it out yet... The reason 1st place goes to whoever taunts him last is because HCS is encouraging people to kill each other to get better loots before PL dies.  

 

And PKers will use "/who realm" command in TA.  Doesn't even make sense to add low levels to friends lists just to "find" them.  

 

It's the low levels who add PKers as friends to get the "friend is online" message.  As a PKer, I just use /who realm every minute.  

 

And I'm saying that the notion that a PKer who PKs in a PK zone should be considered an exploit is ridiculous.  Not when 80% of the gatherers I've asked said that gathering was worth it even after they get PKed.  

 

Anyways, this is going off-topic.  If people really are trading or paying to get more kills, they should be reported.  But people normally roaming around killing everyone, who is avoiding him, is obviously not "paying" for kills.

I already killed the same gatherer 7 times in the same 15 minutes, he just would not leave, he nagged and whined alot saying "leave me alone", "i just want to gather", "why are you doing this","let me play eldevin you are ruining my game","you s***, c****,M****** leave me allone","come on i am only level 39 stop this" and so on.

 

But exploiters would not do that is TA they would do that in Arena so there us no way someone can report them, unless someone does seldom trips to the arena.

Killing someone in a pvp zone is not an exploit.

 

Getting someone to die to you (anyone) countless times for high-score ranking is an exploit. It can't really be done in trappers due to the random spawn point but it can easily be exploited in the arena.

Did he forget to pay you? lol, It is what it is. Let any one who wants to rank up in TA any way they want soon it won't matter cause other ppl will come in and beat what ever score was placed. We have a lot of Big fish in a little pond trying to find something to do to pass their time. Hell, I didn't even know there was a weekly pvp high score. maybe i should start popping off a few combos on unsuspecting players??? My attitude going in was the same as the army's in hostile areas (don't fire til fired upon).
