Hi Everyone,

 

In addition to the restarting of the servers and performance maintenance work in the database. The following fixes were made:

• SSL validation has been disabled for the java client to avoid having to apply the cacerts workaround to play the game.
• Links that stopped working after the new website rework should now work again.
• Possible fix for the Mystic Troll achievement.
• Reduced guild stat updates from 2 minutes to 5 minutes for database performance reasons.
• Removed friend invites popup from the game because the system no longer works with the new website.
• Build game with Java 8 as Java 7 does not have the minimum required TLS versions.

Why won't you guys just open source the game at this point? If you are unable to make new content because the game doesn't bring enough money to justify it. The last meaningful update is almost a decade ago and the game is effectively abandoned at this point.
