Hi all,

 

In this latest update, we have added a new UI preference so you can now hide the Tavern notifications. This new option can be found in the Character -> Preferences page in the 'User Interface' tab in the 'Side Panels' section.

 

Also we have updated the mailbox so you can now take individual items from it without refreshing the page (note the page will still refresh if you take all items). This should make it quicker to grab specific items from your mailbox as you no longer need to wait for the page to load for each one you want!

 

We're also working on the Fallen Sword Guide improvements and are hoping to put them live tomorrow

Hope the refreshless taking of items moves into other aspects of the game like equipping items or drinking potions.. i assume those features would make the FS app much easier to develop..

I also checked the option to hide the notifications and still got one when the temple blessings appeared.

Whatever you did, the videos work again. Thanks Hoof! Constant worthless notifications to me are gone. Thanks again! I wish you'd have more time to spend on this old game. Your regular presence is sorely missed. Are we doing anything for the upcoming 10 year anniversary?

Good work on the updates, but I'm a bit confused. (not that there's anything strange about that...)  I've been taking multiple items out of my mailbox for years by quickly clicking on them in succession.  When I finished,  the mailbox would reload, and show it's contents, minus the items I clicked on of course.

    This new way sounds much easier however.

Will this upcoming update also allow fallensword guide to show linked quests you need to do first in other to manage to get an quest item you need on the last one on those linked quests?

like the update..i agree with sweetlou..great to see you pop in to the forums..would be great to see you more often..things seems to get done with you around..not that bg does not do his fair share of helping...but the combo of bg and hoof makes for everything to be better..keep up the good work

I quite enjoy the effort that has been lately made, hopefully the App will draw more players to bolster up the current playerbase.

Nice, now it might be easier to see those flash sales, lol.

 

Still like to see New Medals removed or updated  which could "maybe" make me turn it on again. 

 

I just congratulated somebody on their Bronze GE top 100 medal now that they have the Silver one just for laughs.

 

But hey, at least the player in question was still active. Those Guild loyalty medal notifications for guildless inactive players make for a stroll through somebody's memory lane. (o0

Seriously, thanks for the opt-out option.

 

Also full on love updating to FSH style. I'm sure many players will be happy about that and I hope there will be more to come.

Lovely to see this in the guide - but can we have the enhancement list sorted alphabetically please ?

 

and, perhaps, have the enhancement level show on the main page, rather than have to go into each item to see how powerful the enhancement is ?
