Hello everyone, the other night I was clearing off my phone to make room for more space and lost access to my account. Since then the phone I was using has died. I'm trying to get access back to my but before my phone died the game was making me start all over and yet my old account is still  active but I cant get in. I have put in several tickets for help WITH NO contact at all from support. can someone please help me out?
