Treefrog won! Mimdala was a close second. JBKing89... well.... you weren't even close, but thanks for playing!

 

Sadly the dock that the picture is taken on and has been there since 1921 is scheduled for demolition. (Yes, it has been repaired once or twice). They don't want to pay for the 151 pilings that need to be replaced. :angry:

 

2004: The Bradenton Beach, FL city pier has reopened following a $2.2 million renovation.  The historic pier at the end of Bridge Street  and is 650’ long.

LUCKILY the tourism board has decided to match dollar for dollar to the city to replace the pier AS A WHOLE!!!!!! AND upgrade it!
