There's this rewards video that keeps on poping up at the home page that doesn't go away. I've let the video run for over an hour and never got the shards nor will it go away. Can you fix it please? It is annoying.

I hate this stupid new interface. It's with fallensword. I never do tickets since it takes too long for the devs to reply to anything.
