As these would be new medals wouldn't everyone start at nil progress, sorry if you meant gain diamond GvG medal in the future.

not necessarily, many have been retroed after being added or changed. PvP dom is a good example.

I also feel not only should it go back since some of us got what must be bronze before RP came out,, also RP was retroed when it was done.

The best thing about GvG medals,,,, that naked guy advertising how hes a pro GvGer,,, we can have a good laugh at the lack of a GvG medal on their bio.

 

 

BTW the diamond dom and SE medals look pretty cool but maybe put a couple facets in it like koyzu,, would make it look more diamond

I would assume that quests will continue to be released with new content, as usual. Since it's not possible to achieve this medal as soon as it's released (unlike some such as Guild Loyalty), it will give players something to work towards in the future, rather than a bunch of people getting it immediately.

We've also updated the Tavern Rumours section on the homepage so it will now show recently achieved medals every couple of hours

a MOST excellent addition.. *thumbs up* .. maybe some tweaks the timing of the annoucements - as soon as (possibly too quick and in need of another type of alert ((OR titans get their own..)) or every hour, instead of every two on the xx:30

hmmm someone has a diamond recruiting medal but is termed,,wonder how many are multis?

 

Also yes please either a new news section under the titans/pvp ladder I do want to keep track of or way to toggle off themedal announcements please

The counter carries on from where it left off if an inactive player returns. Given the medal he got is Annual Service - there's your explanation ...

I don't know if this is relevent but I never receieved a log notice of my new medals.... 6 year one and the other for 1080 different days of logging in...

It seems if you had already achieved it at the time they were allocated, they didn't send the player a log message or go on the news page.
