Even though Ive only been playing Eldevin for 3 days, I know something that might be helpful, at least to some players. The title should make my idea clear.

This could be useful to write down some tasks you wanted/needed to do, such as "finish quest1 to get item2" or something, or "train cooking up to level 20".

I am a forgetful person and often find myself thinking I was planning to do something but I cant remember what that was. Right now, for example, I am intending to finish my current quests and then start skilling for a while, and I think that tomorrow I will probably start questing again because I forgot about what I was doing today.

Now I know most people arent that forgetful, but I still think it would be useful.

You could open this similar to how you open your inventory or your map, and possibly make it open up at the start of each session(in the settings).

I know you could use notepad, but its kind of tedious to find the file with your notes and open it, just to cross off one thing off the notes.

While this probably won't be implemented, I strongly second this idea. When questing, I always find myself having sooo many quests that require collecting certain items, and since I don't skill, (raise professions) I always buy my supplies from other players. This would be incredibly useful to have so you could write down certain items that you might have needed for a quest. i.e. get 6 pynwood, 10 bass, 10 ribs, etc etc. :)

Let me get this straight,

you think, that opening, editing and saving a notepad file to your desktop,

one of the easiest things to do on the planet, is a task too tedious to perform

and your plan, is for the developers to spend hours, and days

implementing a system that few people would use after the novelty wears off?

good luck

Maybe it's not as useful now, but when full screen comes in, yeah it will be useful (idk if there is full screen right now or not...). And there is something about doing everything in game than making notes outside of the game. It makes you feel more like the character instead of someone just controlling the character.

Well unless there is no simple api in the game to make adding new content easier to the devs, then yes.

"let it be easter egg for you if you didnt know it yet" then

If you are on Windows 7 and up, go to

[Start Menu] -> [Run] -> and type in stikynot then press [Enter key],

You may like what you will see. (can do this many times)
