[Special Ops]

 A player in Delta 2 is creating new accounts and using the free region teleport to drop them in an alliance territory. So far they have dropped 6 and it will continue. The effect will be to destroy the land and cut it off from the rest of the hive. This cheat was used 6 months ago and you had claimed to have put a stop to it. This seems to be untrue. Please investigate immediately and remove these nuisance accounts ASAP! Coordinates in Delta 2 where they are currently dropping is 161,141. The player responsible should be dealt with harshly. This is not an acceptable way to play the game.

the way that it was solved was the fact that if a new player was teleported into a region the shield would be dropped,and the health dropped to 10%,however the rule may only apply if this is done quickly,if the accounts were made yesterday and teleported today,this may not apply,this i am unsure of

Thanks for reporting this to us!  We're really sorry to see the potential recurrence of this issue again.  This has been passed along to one of our lead developers to investigate asap, and we will be sure to take action on any accounts found to be breaking our rules (as you may know, up to 5 accounts are allowed per player).    

 

If there any other accounts that you're concerned about, please create a Support Ticket about this for us to investigate.  Also, we would ask that you don't name and shame anyone on our forums.

WOW! The screenshot did not "name and shame" any players. The screenshot showed "Player #" bases in sequential order to help you investigate what a crock of cheating crap the whole thing was.

That data belongs in a Support Ticket, not in the forums as it is indeed naming and shaming.

It doesn't help that after you reinstall on new device or have to uninstalling and download again that you HAVE to create a new account.

The option on starting the game for the first time asking if you already have an account would be useful. I know plenty that have created them when they didn't want to.

Also an option to change accounts easier would be nice especially as we are allowed up to 5 accounts.

- Automatically removed from alliance.

- All alliance credits removed.

Just to follow-up with you all - this issue has been resolved, but if you have any further queries then please submit a Support Ticket!    We do appreciate your concerns, however we have dealt with the player(s) who were found to be breaking the rules, and have taken appropriate action on the accounts.

 

Thank you also for the feedback about what happens when you lose access to an account.  We are aware of this, and we can usually tell if it has been intentional or not, so please don't worry! This topic will now be locked, as the issue has been dealt with. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!
