Ran into this myself. Turned out I was low on storage. There is a maximum of 2mb for all attachments.
To check, go to 'My Profile' -> 'My Settings' and take the 'Manage Attachments' tab on the left. You can delete old uploads from there.
Options. Either just get used to cycling out old attachments, or use a third party sight and give a link. I prefer the former, as I also prefer not clicking out when reading posts (do unto others and all that). And it's faster to just put the attachment directly in the post.

Just use some other site, like imgur, to host your images, then you can insert them here in full size. Attachments suck.
Deleting old attachments sounds like a bad idea to me, because that means you will make the threads they appear in having an image missing. Not very good for people who might read those old threads, and wondering where the images are.

yah I just delete old pics so far. mostly I try to only delete ones from posts I made about bugs etc that are just ss of maybe the error or whatever.
haha Marienne did he take you on a tour too? lmaoo. seen some way more fun bugs in other games but I think visually it would be hard to find those kind in this game. visual bugs are fun 
Slow but steady wins the race or something like that.
I'm just taking it slow, not sure about the steady.
