I submitted a ticket last week concerning the FRO5TI3 head module not appearing in the Assembly Bldg (again this year.)   In doing so I found a few things that seem to be haywire:

 

1)  When I hit the "View previous tickets" I get sent to a new Submit Ticket page

 

2)  My account "heading"  in front of Account Forums and Support at the top of the page for support is now listed as my Fallen Sword character name, although my SigmaStorm2 character name is listed in the information in the body of the account.

 

So, I can't see if anyone's looked at the previous ticket or not.... 

 

I can only hope that someone at support reads this and lets me know what the deal is.

Sooooo very happy to have our squeeky wheel platform back, sooooooooo happy I won't say anything else here but just celebrate !!! Oh ONE more thing: it looks like the NaN funny bizniz at the Artifacts may also have been tinkered with to some lil success as well...
