The Frozen Phalanx talent is suppose to give 150 melee dps damage but it looks like it doesnt. The 50% less damage taken is working well...

You realize that Frozen Phalanx is supposed to do 150% melee damage to surrounding enemies when it expires? Not buff your own damage output.
