Hey Guys, Avatars and Signature makers, please help, I made an avi for ghetoghost and I by accident saw player raydex1 wearing this avi with his/her name and guild name on it, took a screenshot but unfortunately he/she removed "avatar made be me" from his/her bio once I messaged and before I took screenshot, he/she says a friend made it, I reported the avi and I will attach the evidence, I swear there was "avi made by me" in her bio and the evidence that it is said in her bio that she makes free avis for guild mates, she/he says that her/his friend made it blank and she put her name on it, plz help guys, this may happen again with anyone of us

here's ghetoghost original avi :

I have had an Avi I made and sold to a player stolen.  Send this screen shot to HCS in a ticket and they will address it.  Good luck.

Way back when sigs first became popular, there was issues with people stealing them so we used to put an almost invisable watermark on them.  Only the creator would know what it was and where it was but it was a handy thing to prevent others from claiming they had made something that they hadn't.  Other things we done is keep the original .psp or .psd files and put the text on so that it couldn't be cropped out or removed.

I hope you get your issue resolved.  :)

I keep all the psd and psps incase I wanted to edit anything in the avi or sig, I have been thinking of making that watermark thing, thx :)

You're very welcome.  Just remember that your watermark can't have the copyright, registered, or trademark symbols.  ;)   I've been making sigs for over 10 years and it still amazes me that people will steal sigs instead of just asking to have something made.

It sounds like the problem has been fixed right? Didn't you handle it on your own by messaging them? Regardless if they lied about claiming it, its gone now right?

Thats one sexy avatar! If any avatar were to be stolen, it would be that one because it's too sexy!

It was never fixed, HCS said they can't do anything about it, I just wanted to get my right but nothing happened.

That's why I was upset to see it stolen.
