Theres some quest called Fire Spirit in Varo Dungeon 3 (6,8), but it isn't on the guild of wisdom.
Plus it does nothing for me when I land on it.

That's part of the 'All the Colours' quest where you take various powders to different spirits. You can't do anything there because you've either done that part of the quest or you haven't done the preceding part of the quest.
