if they extend the event they should extend the top 100 at least for counting towards the medal keep the potions

Everyone must had experince error 502 so many times. It lasted sometimes for minutes, maybe hours
So extending it about 2-4 hours aint a bad idea. Not more time, just what we lost on errors

done not going to throw more fsp i was at my limit at the first ending spent my epic fund this will be second top 100 i missed. lol wont be the last

The global should be over with by now.......turn it off already. We didn't make ruby, so what. Please quit extending these adn "giving extra time". Deadlines are deadlines.

Don't remember the unfortunate player's name, but when I looked, the #100 spot was earned with 23,355 kills. This was shortly after the event was supposed to end. Now, #100 is 24,015. That certainly isn't right for the people who were kicked out of the top 100.

well i look at it this way. If they wanna leave the global rocking after the deadline so people can get potions they should have worked for during the 4 days, then once the deadline hits, SNAPSHOT the top 100 and THOSE people get credit, not the ones that wait until afterward to get kills in.

my recommendation would be all those who got above 23k kills be granted top 100 medals and subsequent rewards.
I don't think the database would have taken a snapshot at the point the event was meant to end, so that might be the easiest way to settle things.

Agree with the last few posts, if you're going to extend the global event, freezing the top 100 list beforehand is only fair and would be nice for the people that actually did the work within the original required time, they deserve the extra reward, not the chancers that waited til the last few minutes to sneak into the top 100....

our goal was for 18 mil, there are 5 tiers, each tier represents 3,600,000 making the crystal tier 14,400,000 ... just doin some calculations here

I agree that when the Event ends, it ends -- barring some unforeseen issue -- server downtime, etc... Learn from the mistakes and move on to the next Event. The potion prizes this time are nice, not as great as previous ones, but they exceed what's typically available in the form of potions and buffs on a regular basis, so good rewards nonetheless.
I am thankful that I just didn't come off a hunt like what has happened to me before and then I am scrambling to have enough stam to finish the event! 
It might be nice to have the chances of a chest being found during these Events go up -- and to vary more greatly the items found in the chests -- make the finds truly random.
Anyway, thanks, Cows, for another Event -- when's the next one?

So will 105 people be top 100? I dont see that being fair that people who have been getting kills post deadline get in imo. They shouldve sucked it up and done it earlier. (I was up till 1:30 am local with work at 4am to ensure top 100, and I KNOW of at least a couple who finished in the 23-25k range i saw on the same map... so I'm not cryin foul, just saying some of us took out the time to do it, and people had FOUR DAYS....)
