WOW! The screenshot did not "name and shame" any players. The screenshot showed "Player #" bases in sequential order to help you investigate what a crock of cheating crap the whole thing was.

So, just to further highlight my point, after the admin came into Delta 2 global chat to tease us with information and to tell us point blank that there would be an event this past weekend to collect armory components, there were no events. No weekend events at all in fact. So, we were teased with an event to collect components for a building he could give next to no information about (including how many components we should try to collect) and then there was no event at all. So we all showed up ready to collect items for the next expansion and nothing happened. This is exactly the reason I stated there is no credibility upon which to justify teasing events, upgrades, additions, etc. We are told just enough to garner interest and nothing happens at all. This is a large part of why players do not stick around for this game.

One of the more important things I think you can improve on is getting information out to us about what is coming and when to expect it. Broad generalizations like, "Invaders are coming, more information later this month." is pointless. Why the big secrecy about what invaders are? Why can't you give us information about what you are working on, what you intend to happen with the item, or project? Why can't we get hard dates, instead of "more information this month"? We all take that to mean we MIGHT get information on December 31st. 

A few days ago the admin came into global chat in Delta 2 talking cryptically about the invaders and how there will be an event this coming weekend to win components for the armory. When pressed for information we got the run around for 10 minutes before finally getting an answer that he or she couldn't give more information other than the even is coming this weekend. Would not tell us how many components we would need. Would not tell us what the hero armor would actually do. Wouldn't tell us when we could finally build and use the armory. 
Why?
Why is this information hidden from the handful of players that haven't left the game yet? You guys don't have the credibility needed for you to tell us to trust you that you are working on great updates without letting us know what is going on. If you are not going to tell us, don't tease us. The last update was really good, and it was appropriate that you said nothing about the new research beforehand because we saw it when it was available and appreciated it as a much needed update to the game. It makes no sense that further updates would be teased without actually telling us what we have to look forward to. To touch on the armory components again, giving us the chance to collect them but not giving us any idea how many we might need leaves us completely in the dark for what could be an important event. We all want the most out of our time on the game and that means prioritization and time management from the gamer. Do we spend all weekend doing nothing but collect components just to learn that 200 was all we needed and then realize we wasted time we could have used gathering, hunting aliens, raiding our enemies, or capturing territory? Or do we only collect 200 thinking that might be enough only to learn down the road we really need 50,000? I don't understand why it is so difficult for you to step into the game from the players point of view and realize you withhold information we need but intentionally tease information that is not helpful if you won't share the whole story.

Can we please eliminate the "cool down period" between when a player can send a scout? The correct fix to players spamming another player with scouts is to put a cool down on how many scouts a player can RECEIVE from another player. If I want to send 10 scout ships to 10 DIFFERENT bases there shouldn't be a delay or cool down period.

I actually know a lot of players like myself that don’t care to add strangers as Facebook friends for any games, much less this one. Can the shard reactor work like the assist button instead to keep alliances active? Hit the shard button once a day and let alliance members reply to grant you a small amount. If not that, have the reactor produce a certain amount of shards daily or weekly based on it’s level.

#985378 How is the Mothership working in other regions?

The mothership is probably one of the biggest mistakes this game has made. The idea of being the "Defender of New Earth" is a pretty good one, but it was executed horribly. Inevitably the "Defender" on each server is whoever spent the most or collected the most big spenders into one alliance. There is nothing at all to do to give anybody a chance to hold the title and bestow privileges. 

I would recommend changing a few things. First, create an equitable system by which a person EARNS the title. My first suggestion would be award it to the player that destroys the most Aliens on a weekly basis. This makes it possible for literally anybody willing to put in the effort to win the title. If this isn't the method used, find some challenge that can't easily be won by spending $5,000 in shards like the current title holders. 

Second, remove the negative titles. Why is the "Defender of New Earth" handicapping humans? Aren't we all supposed to be in this fight against the aliens together? 

I honestly saw a mass exodus from our server almost the minute the mothership in its current form was introduced. It is a horrible addition in this state.

I had made a suggestion some time ago about eliminating 100% recovery for defenders in battle and changing it to a percentage of those killed can go to med bays, just like with wall defenses. This would be a new research to increase how much you could recover, possibly a new hero skill as well. This recovery would then extend to ALL battles for attackers and defenders, even fighting aliens. It would be "field ambulance" or something like that where any battle losses have a percentage go to med bay for recovery. At this time the defenders have a huge advantage because it is cheaper for them to revive the troops in their med bays than it is for the attacker to train new troops to continue the assault.

Another addition I would love to see is increasing the event rewards for players that complete multiples of their platinum score. For instance, if Platinum score is 10 million give the player 10x the prizes if they hit 100 million, or just double prizes if they hit a score of 20 million.

There are many items that we need to be able to choose the quantity we want to use and then confirm our desire to use them much the same way we choose the number of troops we want to send out on a deployment. Using more than 10-15 of an item at once causes the server to lag and makes you unable to do anything else with your account until the server catches up. Let us choose a quantity and have the total value calculated and added when we confirm instead of having each item added individually. For example:

1. Sector scan should also be able to detect enemy bases and outposts.

 

2. There should be a box for entering the number of an item you would like to use at a time, like here experience items. Using 400 x 5,000 Hero EXP causes the game to freeze while the server catches up, often for many minutes. Items that you may want to use multiples of should be allowed to tally before use, such as; hero experience items, resource items, and march speed items (these should also be able to be used in the Add Boost tab when selecting troops and update the speed before you even march) to cut down on all of the "Waiting for Server" messages we see when we want to use many items at a time.

 

3. Anti Scout shield is nearly useless if you can just scout an outpost and get all of the relevant information. Either extend anti scout shield to the outposts or remove the ability to see all of our stats from scouting an outpost.

Concerning Rocket Fuel and Prototype Fuel. There is a delay when using these items when your deployment reaches the opponent's base. The ship sits on the base for as much as 15 seconds before the attack resolves. During this delay, despite your ship being there, the enemy can still activate a shield and avoid the attack. This makes the use of the fuel pointless. My suggestion is as follows: 
I think it would be wise to make the use of rocket fuel and prototype fuel useable in the "Add Boost" screen when adding troops to your deployment. In addition to the Light Pod and Heavy Pod the Rocket Fuel and Prototype fuel could be used and cause the estimated time of deployment to be calculated before a player deploys their attack. That way the attack immediately starts with a reduced clock instead of waiting for the server to catch up as you press the add boost button.

I would highly recommend immediately locking region teleport function while you try to sort this out. The longer you take to even acknowledge this (multiple tickets have been submitted with no replies also) the more likely players are driven away.

There is now strong evidence to suggest that this action is being completed through the use of scripts. These bases are now being instantly replaced upon being destroyed. No sooner does the old base teleport out than a new base is there again. Over and over and over again. Good job guys, you gave the community the tools to destroy the game.

I can't stress enough how immediate the need is to have this addressed and resolved. It has become an exasperating tactic for little nothing alliances to create, LITERALLY,dozens of new accounts and teleport them into hives to break them up. This is NOT adding any value at all to the game. These players ARE destroying servers and I WILL get iTunes to refund my purchases over this without a second thought or a glance backwards. Those extra accounts are just dropped and forgotten. Nobody is playing them. 

Players are starting new accounts on the new region, completing the tutorial and then using the region teleport to strategically move their new level 2 base to a position within an enemy hive on their home region and then abandoning their new player shield. They are doing this with DOZENS  (not and exaggeration) of level 2 bases until they are all linked together to cut off the enemy hive and cause them to lose the land. Since it takes 20 attacks to destroy even a level 2 base it is not practical to destroy the bases to save the land. Even if you destroy just one to break the chain, the others eventually flip the locked land to neutral. These bases/ alt accounts are not being played at all. They are built for the singular purpose of destroying an enemy hive and subsequently abandoned. This process is being recycled as much as the players desire as there seems to be no limit. To put it in perspective, one alliance has lost over 10,000 sectors in just over 28 hours. Others are well on their way to losing all they have worked to build. THIS is one reason why all other games don't allow more than one character per player/per region. It ALWAYS gets abused and now it is driving away people that actually play while also preventing new players from starting accounts as I assume there are a finite number of bases allowed per region.
