Its blueprint shows up as green. Which, correct me if I'm wrong, means core item. Meaning any class can use it. Am I wrong?

colors are not a good system to use... look at the top of the description. It will say rad for mutant, battlesuit for soldier, psi for purist and hardwired for cyborg.

Psi items are Purist specific. Battlesuit items are Soldier specific, Rad items are for Mutants, and Hardwired are for Cyborgs
Oh, and the only blueprints with a specific colour scheme are the class armour sets, which show up in the special stores on each Elite/HK level.
