Why not base theft on MT triggers only.   You can trade licks all month and it not kick in, then a random 10 stam shot will trigger it for a piddly 6k.... Impossible to abuse in my experience.

This would be effectively the same as the original release of the smasher medal. Bad idea. Sorry.

Yotwehc I chose sunk gold to accumulate for a medal, im sure that’s not misunderstood. You believe that it’s easily obtained by abusing, which I haven’t fully test, just looking at the number from previous attackers seemed reasonable; however, since your passionate how about volunteering as “ a friend “ with myself to actually try to obtain this hypothetical medal. Let me know when you have time to equip about 10 million gold to experiment. Would you prefer 10 stam hit or a mixture of both 10 and 100 hits?

I'm not interested in testing. I'm just pointing out how easily this would be to abuse. I think I have enough gold to get ruby pretty easily while transferring gold between a willing partner.

You will lose like 25%+ of it you willing to do that if it costs 2b+ for diamond?

I'd lose that regardless on my way to ruby. Only difference is whether I lose that over time or right now. What else am I gonna use gold for? Easy ruby medal pays off immediately with longer pride buffs

thats why your idea stinks. Only the rich will be able to get to ruby in a short time. My idea would prevent farming and increase pvping of quality targets.

If the medal were based on master thief kicking in, you would try to hit as many people as possible to get it to kick in.

I say get rid of that PvP-Gold Medal all together.

Would be something like the Defender of the Realm Medal, something people almost never do and they are doing it just to abuse the medal, there is no sense to reward that behavior, I'm sitting on a Relic 24/7 and I still just have Silver, just saying.

Talking about the Defender of the Realm, would do way more sense if it was based on the amount of time you spend sitting on a Relic your Guild control than what we have now.
