Where its the start, im in glaciar no where to start, anyone knows?

All quests are indicated with yellow exclamation marks. That means that quest is available for you to start. White exclamation mark means there is a quest, but you need to level up first.
Once you complete the quest criteria, you would see the indicator of a yellow question mark. That means that the quest has another step that needs your attention. And if stuck, you can see details of your quest in the "Quest Book" tab under the "Character" tab. You can also see the FallenSword Guide for additional information on each quest.

if you hover over the quest starting spot, it should give you the name of the quest. Type that into the UFSG, under Quest. It should come up, unless it was a brand new quest.
Some quests are seasonal and can only be completed while a seasonal zone is open.
