I am now on Taulin Outskirts (Dunes)(REALM) and want to go Memory Core(REALM) . please help me and tell me how to go there : )

onemanmobs' link is dead 
character --> config has an option at the bottom to "instant teleport back to Taulin rad lands"
then click "world"
taulin city is an option there. in the city, go to the portal.
