The highest Stalker potion I see is 250?

There is level 300 Stalker from Composing. Raising the level of Stalker from 400 to 800 is a large increase in XP gain. The price should be increased accordingly since this is likely the only RP pack that will be used regularly by any guild in the game. It should not be the equivalent of 50 FSP to buff an entire guild with a best in slot leveling buff for 12 hours. The same could be said for the Treasure Hunter and Merchant packs, the RP cost there would easily be offset by one member of the guild doing a gold hunt.
Everyone is going to want things to be cheaper if they can get it that way. That doesn't mean doing so will help achieve what the RP updates are meant to do, which is bring value to RP and GvG if I'm not mistaken.

Honestly the bare minimum for this update should have been the expanded ranges with a GvG Ladder reset. Like Ivan said before, a medal or guild achievement for placing first after a season would be a good incentive for those players with a competitive side. Some bonus RP for the top 5 would possibly keep those less interested in being first and more interested in making RP more active.
Of course, very little will change if the RP shop doesn't see a good and valuable update.

Hi there.
1. For those saying 12 hours is to long, all existing packs are 12 hours. These are supposed to be long duration.
2. The costs have already been reduced due to previous feedback. We want to add value to RP, not allow those who have banked up loads to cast these for forever after launch!
3. Seems some people need reminded that these are cast on the entire guild. Comparing them to individual potion use is inaccurate.

Comparing them to individual potion use is very accurate, since we can ascertain the value of the buff packs for each individual based on the cost of the potions with similar effectiveness or use. I would not see an issue with the better leveling packs being priced around 1000 RP, as they'll likely only be used twice a year and the market has proven that people will pay the price.
Keep in mind that everyone else here actually plays the game you're collecting feedback for.

- Enchant Pack also interferes with a Chest Dropped potion and many invented potions, I believe the current enchant pack doesn't need updating, or at most increased to level 175.
- Leveling Pack cost could be increased, even a slight increase in a hunting buff has been proven to be extremely valuable (Overkill 1100 is 150fsp in the AH right now)
- Bounty Pack having level 400 Anti Deflect and 250 Spell Breaker doesn't seem to be an issue. It still makes more sense to use an Anti Deflect potion than it does to spend 200 RP to have a less than 100% chance to Anti Deflect. And nobody is going to be using the RP pack for the Spell Breaker when a potion costs less than 1fsp.
- Fortune Pack D needs a price increase and Fortune Pack C removed, I could be wrong but 400 Merchant is far above anything else currently in the game. 25 RP is basically nothing when you consider the buff may benefit 10-20 people over a 12 hour period. Maybe 100 RP would be a more reasonable ask.
What is really needed is some new inventable Epics with above +7 Stam Gain. It makes no sense to want your player base to play less.
