Story quest so can't go further without it

 

 

We killed tons of the guards east of the main hall and none will drop the emblem fragments, anyone know if we could be doing something wrong or if its just bugged?

Well i got them to drop, you have to kill them standing on a really specific spot, if you drag them anywhere else and kill them anywhere else they won't drop.  Doesn't make much sense to me for it to be this way.

You are meant to kill the ones in the other room:)

That place is so silly. Every quest have to be completed in mentioned room.

 

No bugged quests, just rush into those rooms and complete them:)... Annoying but no can do.

Had the same problem. Pretty much have to kill them in that section to get the quests drops. If you go into the other room they don't drop but if you pull those in the room outside the doorway, they will drop.

I could kill them from either room --- 48 or 49 - but you had to finish them on the other side of that doorway - toward the repair/other folks.

 

Very curious --- glad I checked here before wasting too much time.
